Job summary

Pixie Services seeks a senior ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end AI governance tower initiatives, spanning discovery through handover. You will drive data models, integrations, and risk assessment using CMDB/CSDM, IRM, and AI Gateway within large client environments.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, executive advisory skills, and familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ISO standards. You will mentor delivery teams and shape pre-sales engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology implementation or solution delivery.
• 3+ years as an architect on multi-product programs.
• Recent hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Strong customer-facing advisory skills with senior executives.
• Working knowledge of the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
• Experience with AICT workspaces, AI Asset Inventory, asset lifecycle management, and AICT roles.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AICT engagements from discovery to handover.
• Translate governance requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions across Discover, Secure, Govern, Observe, and Measure.
• Define deployment roadmaps covering foundational capabilities, risk and compliance, security, integrations, observability, and value tracking.
• Validate licensing, plugins, and prerequisites, including IRM, SPM Pro, and CMDB.
• Design AI asset data models using CMDB/CSDM and integration architectures across hyperscalers and AI tools.
• Establish realistic AI governance coverage, risk mitigation, and operating cost estimates.
• Lead architecture reviews, manage delivery risks, and align executive stakeholders and AI Stewards.
• Coach delivery teams and prioritize upgradeable configurations.
• Deliver architecture documentation, configuration guides, handover materials, and reusable implementation assets.
• Support pre-sales activities and customer advisory engagements.

Job description

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) engagements, from discovery and architecture through implementation, go-live, and handover. Translate AI governance requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions across Discover, Secure, Govern, Observe, and Measure, leveraging IRM, CMDB/CSDM, Security Operations, SPM, and AI Gateway.

Identify and manage risks related to data quality, integrations, staffing, and operating costs while leading Rimini Street and customer delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to assess AI usage, shadow AI, governance needs, and approval processes.
• Define deployment roadmaps covering foundational capabilities, risk and compliance, security, integrations, observability, and value tracking.
• Validate licensing, plugins, and prerequisites, including IRM, SPM Pro, and CMDB.
• Design AI asset data models using CMDB/CSDM and integration architectures across hyperscalers, Microsoft AI platforms, AI Gateway, and third‑party tools.
• Establish realistic AI governance coverage, risk mitigation, and operating cost estimates.
• Lead architecture reviews, manage delivery risks, and align executive stakeholders and AI Stewards.
• Coach delivery teams and prioritize out‑of‑the‑box configurations for upgradeability.

Additionally, one of the following:

• ServiceNow Track: Strong platform experience with IRM/GRC and CMDB/ITOM implementations. CIS – Risk and Compliance required; CTA expected within two years.
• Governance Track: Strong GRC or AI governance architecture and implementation experience. CIS – Risk and Compliance expected within one year.

Preferred Qualifications

• CIS – Discovery, CIS – Data Foundations, CTA, IAPP AIGP, or TOGAF certifications.
• Knowledge of Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and Generative AI Controller.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle enterprise environments.
