Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect to shape governance, deployment, and scaling of AI on the ServiceNow platform through AI Control Tower (AICT). You will collaborate with client stakeholders, delivery leaders, and developers to translate governance needs into secure, scalable designs.

Experience in enterprise ServiceNow architectures, AICT implementations, and IRM integration is required.

Qualifications

Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
In-depth knowledge of AICT applications, plugins, releases, roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
Proven ability to lead solution design, make sound technical decisions, and run quality reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow AICT deployments.
Guide governance, design standards, and align with platform best practices.
Design AICT configurations across roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
Validate releases, plugins, and dependencies for smooth deployments.
Lead solution and technical reviews to ensure accuracy and client readiness.
