Pixie Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) Solution Architect to lead governance implementations from discovery through go-live and knowledge transfer.

You will design AI asset inventories, lifecycle controls, risk monitoring, and integration across ServiceNow modules and external AI platforms, guiding delivery teams and executives through complex projects.

Formación

• 8+ years of technology delivery experience with 3+ years in solution architecture.
• Hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience with AICT, AI Asset Inventory and lifecycle.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC and CMDB/CSDM or extensive GRC/AI governance work.
• Strong understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
• CSA certification (ServiceNow)
• CIS – Risk and Compliance certification expected within 1 year.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) Solution Architect to lead end-to-end AI governance implementations, including discovery, solution architecture, configuration, integrations, go-live, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client discovery workshops and translate AI governance requirements into scalable ServiceNow AICT solutions.
• Design AI asset inventory, lifecycle management, risk and compliance controls, monitoring, and value measurement.
• Architect integrations across ServiceNow IRM/GRC, CMDB/CSDM, Security Operations, SPM, AI Gateway, and external AI platforms.
• Lead implementation teams, manage delivery risks, and advise executive stakeholders on AI governance and compliance.
• Develop architecture documentation, configuration guides, and operational handover materials.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of technology implementation or solution delivery experience, including 3+ years in solution architecture.
• Recent hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience and knowledge of AI Control Tower, AI Asset Inventory, and AI asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC and CMDB/CSDM implementations, or extensive GRC/AI governance architecture and implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• CIS – Risk and Compliance certification required for the ServiceNow architecture route; expected within one year for the governance route.
• Excellent client-facing consulting, technical leadership, and executive communication skills.

Preferred:

Prior AICT implementation, ServiceNow CTA, CIS – Discovery/Data Foundations, IAPP AIGP, and SAP or Oracle enterprise application experience.
