Our client, a prominent player in the technology sector, is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join the team on a minimum six-month contract. With a focus on the IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules, specifically Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Design and architect ServiceNow solutions for ITAM, with a focus on HAM and SAM modules.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient ServiceNow configurations.
3. Lead the implementation of HAM and SAM processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams working on ServiceNow projects.
