Job summary

Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Job description

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITAM SME with strong expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Lifecycle Management. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITAM solutions and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations.
Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Design and configure asset lifecycle processes covering procurement, receiving, deployment, inventory, maintenance, and disposal.
Implement software license management, reclamation, compliance reporting, and optimization processes.

Asset & Configuration Management

Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Procurement, and ITSM.
Define asset classes, data models, lifecycle states, and governance standards.
Maintain CMDB and asset repository accuracy through reconciliation and automation.
Drive asset normalization and software entitlement management.

Integration & Automation

Integrate ServiceNow with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Azure, and AWS.
Develop automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and Scripted APIs.
Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations.

Governance & Compliance

Establish ITAM governance frameworks, policies, and operational procedures.
Monitor software license compliance, utilization, and optimization.
Support internal and external audits.
Develop KPI and executive dashboards for asset compliance, utilization, and cost optimization.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
Serve as the functional and technical SME for ITAM initiatives.
Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
