Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Developer with HAM and SAM expertise to design, develop, and configure ITAM modules and manage asset lifecycles.

Responsibilities include integrating with CMDB/ITSM, implementing license compliance, and building dashboards. Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow REST/SOAP are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) configuration and development.
• Hands-on experience with SAM & HAM Professional modules.
• Knowledge of Discovery tools, CMDB, and ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CIS-SAM, or CIS-HAM.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Build integrations with third-party tools (SCCM, Jamf, Microsoft 365, AWS) for CMDB accuracy.
• Implement license compliance, normalization rules, and executive dashboards.
• Develop scripts and workflows using JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
