Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead architecture governance and set standards across IT and business domains. You will drive the design of scalable solutions, mentor architects and SMEs, and ensure alignment with governance practices across global teams.

The role requires deep ServiceNow experience (ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/CMDB/APM/SPM), platforms like Salesforce/MuleSoft/Azure/M365, and strong communication and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, App Engine), preferably global.
• Strong knowledge of architecture governance concepts, application design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing architecture governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, MuleSoft, Azure, Microsoft 365.
• Proven change management skills.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and IT cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading a team of architects, technology owners, and subject matter experts.

• Experience with one or more platforms such as Salesforce.com (Sales, Marketing Cloud), MuleSoft, Azure, Microsoft M365.
• Proven change management skills.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and IT cross‑functional teams.
• Experience leading a team of architects, technology owners, and technology subject matter experts.
