Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow platform for ITSM processes, workflows, and integrations at Offutt AFB, NE. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensure 24/7 IT service support.

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 15+ years of experience; active Secret clearance with potential to obtain Top Secret with SCI; ITIL 4 Foundation within 9 months; and

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline, 15+ years of experience.
• Master’s Degree is desired.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI.
• ITIL 4 Foundation within 9 months of start.
• Security+ or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or CSSLP.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient ITSM processes and enhance the overall user experience.
• Designs, develops, and customizes ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Creates and configures workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
• Supports ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant protocols.

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation within 9 months of start; Security + or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or CSSLP
