USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
Responsible for translating agency needs into actionable innovation opportunities and proactively identifying, analyzing, and leading implementation of new technology and processes. Responsible for working with multi-disciplinary teams to identify, assess, scale, and optimize solutions to meet USSTRATCOM and TO goals and objectives. Responsible for delivering impactful innovation services that appropriately pair the right approaches and methods with project size to achieve high-quality outcomes at reasonable cost. Responsible for continuous improvement and reporting on the impacts of innovation on customer experience. Performs analysis of alternatives (AoA), business case analysis (BCA), and market research.
