General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform for enterprise ITSM and secure environments. You will implement integrations, workflows, and automation to support 24/7 operations at Offutt AFB, NE.

Candidates should have 15+ years of IT experience, active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI, and ITIL 4 Foundation certification.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 15+ years of experience.
• Masters Degree is preferred.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• ITIL 4 Foundation within 9 months; one of Security+, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP.
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and customizes ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Creates and configures workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
• Supports ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant protocols.

Job Description

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

The likely salary range for this position is $159,375 - $215,625. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
