Job summary

Stradit LLC is seeking an experienced IT leader with deep ServiceNow expertise to oversee IT applications operations and ensure best practices across the platform architecture. The role requires strong JS and REST API skills, integration knowledge, and proven stakeholder communication abilities.

Ideal candidates will hold a CS degree, have 12+ years in IT management, and demonstrate success in audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT management with a focus on IT applications operations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and experience with JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Understanding of third-party integrations.
• CSA certification (ServiceNow System Administrator).
• Highly experienced with stakeholder communication, knowledge of compliance standards, and handling audit activities.
• Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and project deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate technical solutions clearly.
