Job summary

Huntington is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to provide expert technical support and platform development across multiple Huntington corporate offices. The role involves analyzing user specifications, designing solutions, and maintaining high platform stability, security, and reporting capabilities.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years in application development with ITSM and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ yrs of experience in application development plan, ITSM and Service Now

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applications.
• Advise internal teams regarding process and technology inefficiencies within the platform.
• Perform routine maintenance including performance monitoring and error remediation.
• Maintain and improve stability of the platform and incorporate best practices.
• Manage Instance Security, User/Group access, roles and ACLs.
• Provide training and knowledge across the platform to internal teams and partners.
• Develop reporting strategy and maintenance plan for platform-wide reporting.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP).
