Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks an IT reporting professional to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards. The role is onsite at multiple corporate offices including Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta, with emphasis on ITSM, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills and ITIL knowledge, translating data into actionable insights for leadership reviews and enabling data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in IT or a related field.
• 1+ year of ServiceNow experience with reporting functionalities and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Capture reporting and metrics requirements with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Translate reporting requirements into actionable reports and dashboards.
• Design and implement reports and dashboards using ServiceNow reporting tools and other relevant technologies.
• Support ITSM processes with ServiceNow reports for Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Create executive level presentations with dashboards to support monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Build and automate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for KPIs and metrics.
