Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to advance our data and analytics capabilities. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights, delivering scalable BI reports, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

You will design Power BI dashboards, manage data relationships using DAX and Power Query, and ensure data quality while supporting rapid delivery across the organization. Office-based with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of data analysis experience.
• 4+ years of data analysis with BI tools (Power BI, SQL, Snowflake) and reporting.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Create accurate, scalable reporting solutions using Power Query and DAX.
• Gather requirements and define KPIs with stakeholders.
• Connect and validate data from SharePoint, Excel, Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, and Dataverse.
• Manage Power BI Service: workspaces, app publishing, refreshes, access, distribution.
• Identify data quality issues and ensure timely BI delivery.
• Document report logic and findings; promote BI adoption across teams.
