Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of data analysis experience.
• 4+ years of experience using BI tooling (PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake) to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and data models.
• Create accurate, scalable reporting using Power Query, DAX, and data relationships.
• Gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into BI solutions.
• Connect and troubleshoot data from enterprise sources (SharePoint, Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, Dataverse).
• Administer Power BI Service, including workspace organization, app publishing, and scheduled refreshes.
• Address data quality issues, refresh failures, and performance concerns for reliable BI delivery.
• Prepare clear documentation and communication materials explaining report logic and findings.
• Promote BI adoption by supporting users and liaising with BICoE and partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, governance, and automation.
