Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Senior Manager to lead transformation programs for clients, focusing on ServiceNow implementations and AI-driven change. You will drive strategic roadmaps, partner with client executives, and oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI-enabled transformations.

You will manage diverse teams, balance timelines and budgets, and champion innovative approaches across user experiences, workflows, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5–7 years ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow NOW Assist and AI solutions.
• Ability to manage 2–3 engagements and mentor large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a client-facing role.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; grow consulting opportunities.
• Spearhead EY’s AI thought leadership; design and deploy AI-native solutions.
• Define and deliver end-to-end AI strategies with governance frameworks.
• Manage timelines, budgets and quality across multiple engagements.
• Lead both technical and non-technical project teams; coordinate offshore resources.
