Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Senior Manager to lead transformation programs for global clients. You will drive ServiceNow-enabled AI transformations, build strategic roadmaps, and manage multi-disciplinary teams while shaping EY’s AI governance and governance frameworks.

You will partner with senior client executives, develop business cases, and ensure on-time delivery, quality, and value realization across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 2–5 years with NOW Assist; AI solutions experience.
• Experience in consulting at Senior Manager/Director level (Big 4 preferred).
• Excellent communication, executive-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in client-facing engagements.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps and solution architectures.
• Act as engagement manager across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor large cross-functional and offshore teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
