Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically, no less than 5-7 years relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow certification required.
• Demonstrated experience in AI solutions implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams.
• Manage client relationships and engagement delivery.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements.

Skills

Ability to drive and support sales activities

Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models

Ability to lead client process design sessions

Expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities

Proficiency in developing data pipelines

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
