Job summary

Arkhya Tech Inc. is seeking an senior ServiceNow AI specialist to lead GenAI initiatives, implement AI-powered workflows, and integrate external LLM services within enterprise environments. You will design, build, and govern AI-enabled solutions using Now Assist, Conversational AI, and Flow Designer.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years on the ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and strong REST/API integrations. Healthcare/security governance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI integrations and ServiceNow AI products.
• Expertise in GenAI use cases and enterprise-grade AI deployments.

Job description

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with hands-on ServiceNow AI / Now Assist / Conversational AI.
• Strong experience implementing GenAI use cases such as case summarization, knowledge generation, Virtual Agent, and task automation.
• Hands-on LLM, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience integrating external LLMs / AI services with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, monitoring, and responsible AI controls within enterprise environments.
• Python and AI/ML frameworks preferred; ServiceNow CSA/CAD or AI certifications are a plus.
