Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale ServiceNow and AI-powered solutions. You will develop intelligent workflows leveraging AI Agents, Now Assist, and Virtual Agent, while building and maintaining REST APIs and integrations.

The role emphasizes cloud-native, API-first engineering, and a strong stance on automation, CI/CD, and reliability. Remote/hybrid with periodic travel may be required, offering competitive rewards and growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience building enterprise apps with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled automation, workflow, or intelligent platform solutions.
• Experience designing and supporting REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
