We are looking for a highly skilled SeniorStaff DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in the ServiceNow Now Platform and strong knowledge of AIML technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable DevOps solutions that accelerate ServiceNow development, deployment, and platform operations. You will drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance engineering while helping embed AI-driven capabilities into the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will work closely with developers, SDETs, and product teams to ensure seamless integration, platform reliability, and speed of delivery for largescale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications, integrations, and custom development.
• Establish infrastructure-as-code IaC practices for ServiceNow environments.
• Automate build, test, deployment, and monitoring workflows for ServiceNow and related services.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed AI/ML models into the ServiceNow platform e.g., predictive intelligence, generative AI, intelligent automation.
• Drive observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks for ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Optimize platform reliability and performance at scale, ensuring zero-downtime upgrades and releases.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Engg leaders on DevOps best practices, governance, and security for ServiceNow.
• Build DORA reporting to track the code push, code coverage.
• Research and introduce emerging AI/automation capabilities in the ServiceNow ecosystem to continuously modernize the platform.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of DevOps engineering experience, with at least 3+ years on the ServiceNow Now Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform development, deployments, and upgrades.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and integration into enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Shell).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow DevOps module and AI Search.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional technical decisions.
