Harris Computer in Washington, DC seeks a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst to support administration, AI enablement, automation, and continual improvement of our ServiceNow platform.

The role focuses on identifying AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, streamline processes, improve self-service, and boost operational efficiency, working with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
• CSA certification or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with ITSM and core platform configuration
• Experience with AI-enabled self-service capabilities
• Experience with Flow Designer and automation to simplify processes
• Experience building Service Catalog items and workflows
• Knowledge of Employee Center and Service Portal customization
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding ITIL principles

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled service improvements using ServiceNow capabilities
• Design, configure, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Administer and enhance ITSM functionality
• Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT
• Support releases, upgrades, and deployments
• Document processes and progress to stakeholders
