Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an Associate ServiceNow Administrator to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM. The role develops and modifies information systems, prepares detailed specs for programs, and supports ITSM platform enhancements.

A CSA certification is preferred, and experience in IT support or administration is valuable. This is a full-time, exempt position located at the Reverend Hugh Cooper Administrative Center.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field.
• 0–2 years IT experience; degree can substitute.
• ServiceNow administration experience preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for definition/refinement of business requirements and for QA/testing.
• Designs, develops, tests and debugs software components of limited complexity.
• Provides implementation, production and upgrade support for software components of low complexity.
• May act as a liaison between the application team and user community for communications and enhancements.
• Defines business requirements with users to guide configuration and development activities.
• Develops internal IT and user documentation.
