Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join the USMC Team in Quantico, VA. The role focuses on administering an on-prem ServiceNow instance, configuring forms, scripts, and integrations, and maintaining related knowledge-management tools.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of ServiceNow experience (or 4 years without a degree), DoD 8570 IAT II certification, and experience with RMF concepts and database administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, troubleshoot ServiceNow forms, client/UI scripts, business rules, and scheduled imports.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAML SSO for ServiceNow authentication and identity management.
• Maintain KM tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow and related systems.
• Provide STIG/POAM/Mitigation support for Linux OS and databases.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to join our team USMC Team in Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administer an on-premises version of ServiceNow, including activities such as (but not limited to) installation, configuration, maintenance, updates, harden (STIG), administer, train, and document ServiceNow branding, customization, and translating user requirements into functionality
• Develop, manage, and troubleshoot ServiceNow forms, client and UI scripts, business rules, and scheduled imports
• Configure and troubleshoot SAML single sign-on for ServiceNow authentication and identity management
• Maintain KM tools such as, but not limited to, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, and local product creation/dissemination system
• STIG/POAM/Mitigation statements support with the Linux OS and Database

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow administration, patching, and upgrades. An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Certified to meet DoD 8570 IAT II requirements
• Experience with database administration
• Experience creating user and administrative documentation respective to ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications:

• MySQL or MariaDB experience
• Understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• SharePoint/2010/2013/2016
• Intelink/IntelShare and available capabilities for potential use and integration
• Familiarity with Navy/Marine Corps interoperability requirements is preferred
• PowerShell scripting using any/all of the respective plugins related to the applicable technologies

Clearance Requirement:

Must have a current / active Top Secret / SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
