Job summary

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow Admin/Dev experience.
• Linux/UNIX troubleshooting skills are required.
• Strong JavaScript and web UI knowledge (HTML, CSS, XML).
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• DOD 8570.01-M IAT II certification or higher.
• Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance and upgrades.
