Job summary

InComm Payments is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to design, build, and support ServiceNow solutions across IT operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement automation, ensure compliance with best practices, and keep the platform aligned with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in ServiceNow, CSA certification, strong JavaScript/JSON skills, and experience with REST integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or administrator.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules.
• Ability to understand complex technical and functional designs along with the ability to create and modify workflows.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, Script Includes including advanced scripting for each.
• Strong JavaScript and JSON skills for outbound/inbound integration calls.
• Understanding of REST interfaces, HTTP status codes and methods (GET/POST).
• Experience with REST-related authorization patterns (OAuth, API keys, token-based authentication).
• Ability to define endpoints, configure authentication and ACLs within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, implement and support ServiceNow solutions with IT teams.
• Ensure solutions align with strategic goals and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate for efficiency and reliability.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow features and industry practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop configuration designs, use cases, and test conditions.
• Manage and resolve complex ServiceNow issues.
• Create documentation for systems designed and implemented.
• Provide status updates and perform peer code reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotations including after-hours.
