Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is seeking a friendly front counter service advisor to greet customers, explain services and promotions, and create service tickets in the system. You will coordinate repair schedules with technicians and provide status updates to customers.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, with a focus on delivering excellent service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Prior experience in sales, service writing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/service management systems.
• Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire services a plus.
