Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is seeking a customer service representative to join their team. You will greet customers, explain services, and manage service tickets while providing timely updates. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/service management systems.
• Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire services a plus.
