Qualifications

• Prior experience as a service writer, advisor, or in automotive customer service (preferred).
• Chevrolet/GM knowledge is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Team-oriented, goal-driven, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and assess their vehicle concerns.
• Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians.
• Explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Help maintain high CSI scores and customer retention.
• Use dealership software to manage workflow and documentation.
