Responsibilities

• Work alongside our existing leadership and service team to strengthen daily operations.

• Oversee repair order accuracy, documentation, and timely closing.
• Help ensure warranty processes meet GM requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and department performance.
• Partner with dealership leadership to help our team reach the next level.
