Qualifications

• Diesel technician background is strongly encouraged.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certifications are encouraged.
• CDL is a plus; ability to build professional customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Retail-focused approach to customer relationships.
• Solicit sale of new or additional services.
• Enter data accurately into computer systems.
• Update customers on repairs and process service invoices including warranty claims.
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and via computer.
• Handle and resolve service-related concerns.
• Write clear, informative repair orders.
