Job summary

Clarke Power Services, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Support Representative in Antioch, TN for a Monday-Friday day shift.

You will build strong customer relationships, solicit new services, perform data entry, and process service invoices including warranty claims. The ideal candidate has 2+ years inside sales experience, diesel/auto customer service background is a plus, and the ability to establish professional customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years strong inside sales experience required.
• Diesel/auto customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to create professional relationships with customers.
• Valid driver's license; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Retail focus – Customer Relationship.
• Solicit sale of new or additional services.
• Strong Data Entry Skills.
• Update customers on ongoing repairs in shop or field; process service invoices including warranty claims.
• Communicate with customers in person, over the phone and via computer.
• Handle/resolve service-related concerns.
• Write clear and informative repair orders.
