Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of work through the Service department, including customer, warranty, and internal work orders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by answering phone calls and emails, and providing timely updates on service work.
• Write and process work orders for service and warranty repairs based on information from Service Technicians.
• Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, prioritizing, and assigning work activities based on personnel skills and workload.
• Drive Service department sales by delivering superior customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gather and communicate product information to accurately determine and address customer needs.
