Job summary

Greenway Equipment, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented service support teammate to handle customer inquiries, schedule and coordinate service activities, and assist with loading/unloading equipment at the Bryant location.

The role involves following check-in/check-out processes, communicating repair timelines, supporting logistics, and maintaining service records, warranties, and parts while contributing to a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Field internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Dept.
• Assist in loading and unloading customer equipment.
• Follow check-in/check-out process for all customer units.
• Communicate repair timelines and updates with customers.
• Assist in logistics of trucking and related tasks.
• Complete pre- and post-demo/rental/final delivery inspections.
• Verify factory shipping for shortages and equipment condition at delivery.
• Open and manage work orders until previewed, approved and invoiced.
• Maintain service filings and records with current manuals and bulletins.
• Manage warranty bins and service parts returns; track oil samples.
• Update customer profiles with equipment data and hours from work orders.
• Maintain charges for service accessories and supplies within budget.
• Prepare technician time management reports as needed.
• Ensure warranty and product improvement programs are completed and submitted for credit.
• Participate in Service EDUCATE training programs.
• Maintain a clean, neat work area.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere and competitors’ products.
