Responsibilities

• Handle internal and external customer inquiries for the Service Department.
• Assist with loading and unloading of customer equipment.
• Follow a check-in / check-out process for customer units.
• Update customers on repair timelines and completion dates.
• Assist in logistics activities such as trucking and washing as directed.
• Complete pre- and post-demo/rental/final delivery inspections.
• Maintain service department filings and records under the Service Manager.
• Manage warranty bins and service parts, and track oil samples.
