Job summary

The role also supports the service department with clerical tasks and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a busy shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and collect service requests.
• Coordinate scheduling and track status of repair orders with the team.
• Estimate repair costs within guidelines and document services performed.
• Assist with warranty documentation and other clerical duties.
• Notify customers of needed service and potential upsell opportunities.
• Contact vendors or OEMs for information when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and office area.
