In this fast-paced shop, you will manage repair orders, coordinate with technicians, review work for accurate billing, and maintain organized service records. Excellent customer service and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as service writer, service advisor, or shop coordinator preferred (diesel or heavy equipment industry a plus).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technician notes and convert them into customer-friendly explanations.

Responsibilities
