Job summary

FASTOYS LLC is seeking a motivated Service Writer to join our Northwest Montana team. You will create repair orders, prepare estimates, and communicate with customers while coordinating with technicians in a fast-paced powersports and marine environment, with salary plus commissions, health benefits, and ongoing training opportunities.

• Experience as a service writer, advisor, or similar role in automotive, marine, or powersports.
• Basic technical knowledge of powersports vehicles and/or marine systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer skills; experience with Lightspeed, DX1, or similar software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; motorcycle or boating endorsement a plus.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Service Writer to join our team. This key front-line role is responsible for creating service repair orders, communicating with customers, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a service writer, advisor, or similar role (automotive, marine, or powersports)
• Basic technical knowledge of powersports vehicles and/or marine systems
