Responsibilities

1. Develop relationships with customers through effective management of product or service delivery.
2. Schedule and track repairs, process warranties, and log customer requests for repairs.
3. Determine parts and time needed for repairs, and communicate this information to customers and the service manager.
4. Manage and organize customer profile information, inquiries, parts, pricing, and labor estimates.
5. Prepare repair estimates and final bills.
6. Conduct follow-ups with customers.
7. Work one Saturday per month.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
3. Mechanical background and basic computer skills are a plus but not mandatory.
4. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
