Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with customers through successful management of product or service delivery.
• Schedule/track repairs and their causes and process warranties.
• Log customer's requests for repairs and allocate what parts are needed and the time required to make the repair.
• Convey information to both the customer and the service manager in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for managing and sorting customer profile information.
• File details of inquiries and needed parts, pricing, and labor estimates then compile the estimated price for the repairs and the final bill.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers.
• Work one (1) Saturday per month.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Mechanical background and basic computer skills are preferred, but not required.
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
