Job Description: Equipment Repair and Service Technician

Aramsco, a family of companies, is a leading solutions provider to specialty contractors across North America, serving markets including abatement, restoration, environmental, emergency preparedness, stone care, cleaning, and surface preparation. With over 60 locations, we distribute products, equipment, and chemicals, and offer services such as equipment repair, rental, and education.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a polite, professional, and accommodating manner.
• Analyze all systems and components of equipment in the commercial cleaning, restoration, and surface-prep industries; generate clear and legible work orders.
• Proactively contact customers daily to discuss repair and maintenance needs, and schedule appointments to maintain full service schedules.
• Manage shop workflow, customer communications, store communications, employee efficiency, work quality, and related paperwork.
• Meet or exceed service department quality and productivity goals.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and deliver parts to vendors as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Attention to detail; industry experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
