Our Law Clerks collaborate with attorneys and case managers to perform substantial legal and medical research and writing. Responsibilities include reviewing clients' electronic files and case histories, identifying relevant information, and addressing potential issues. The role involves communicating with clients, medical facilities, and government agencies to ensure comprehensive case files. Tasks include extensive record review and drafting legal documents such as nexus letters, DBQs, briefs, and memoranda.
