Payne Alice Motors-Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Service Warranty Administrator to oversee warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines. You will coordinate with service advisors and technicians to submit accurate claims and maintain complete warranty records, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in automotive dealership warranty work.
• Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate warranty coverage and claim status to customers.

• Address customer inquiries related to warranties in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with parts and service to facilitate warranty repairs.
