Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Assist the Service Advisor and maintain organization in the service drive.
• Move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop in a safe and secure manner.
• Retain keys according to safeguard procedures.
• Promote effective working relationships with associates and departments.
• Ensure proper vehicle delivery procedures to support CSI and repeat visits.
• Support other dealership personnel to ensure full functioning of the dealership.
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
