Job summary

Asbury is seeking a friendly Service Valet/Porter to greet service customers, manage vehicle information, and move vehicles between lot and shop, supporting the service team.

You will work outdoors, stand for long periods, and help maintain showroom and service drive organization; prior driving and customer service experience preferred. Weekly pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information at the customer's vehicle when possible.
• Assist the Service Advisor and maintain organization in the service drive.
• Move vehicles from service drive to the shop following proper procedures.
• Retain keys according to safeguard procedures.
• Promote positive working relationships with associates and departments.
• Ensure proper vehicle delivery and support CSI-focused customer experience.
• Assist dealership staff as needed to ensure full functionality of the dealership.
• Work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods.
