Job summary

Asbury is seeking a Service Valet/Porter at our dealership to greet customers arriving for service, check them in, and move vehicles from the drive to the shop. You will assist the Service Advisor and maintain organization in the service drive.

You will retain keys, foster cross-department teamwork, and support a smooth vehicle delivery process to uphold customer satisfaction. This outdoor, physical role requires standing for extended periods and a valid driver's license; manual transmission is

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information at the customer’s vehicle when possible.
• Assist the Service Advisor in handling customers and maintaining organization in the service drive.
• Move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop.
• Retain keys according to safeguard procedures.
• Promote positive working relationships with associates and departments.
• Support proper vehicle delivery and CSI-friendly service.
