Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a project-manager to drive structured, quality-first take-ons and ensure adherence to contracts. You will manage cross-functional activities, coordinate with GTS leaders, and deliver on SLA/KPI targets while maintaining profitability and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a similar project-management role.
• Prince2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project take-on using a structured, quality-first approach.
• Ensure there is no solution or service creep against the proposal or contract.
• Identify supply-chain shares based on contracts won with hardware supply share.
• Prepare, implement, and follow up on customer appointments and workshops.
• Design supply-chain-relevant processes according to current standards and efficiency.
• Clarify opportunities and risks with the account team.
• Coordinate with relevant GTS team leaders.
• Participate in transition meetings and customer implementation workshops.
• Document GTS services and hand over documentation to customers and teams.
• Track and meet SLAs, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Achieve project profitability and customer satisfaction through commercial management.
• Produce management reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate resource requirements and deadlines.
• Follow Projects Practice lifecycle and information-security policies.
