Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States, Texas, Lancaster, is seeking a Change Management professional to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to adoption. You will develop change plans, coordinate stakeholder engagement, training, and UAT, and drive adoption across Operations, IT, and Finance teams.

The role requires 3+ years in change management or related fields, strong communication and facilitation skills, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence and MS Office 365.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of change management, business analysis, or project management experience.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and system implementations.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and liaise between tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR) and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage change projects from planning through adoption and benefits realization.
• Develop change management plans covering communications, training, and resistance management.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and Finance on implementations and process improvements.
• Coordinate UAT testing, test planning, issue resolution, and validation.
• Maintain requirements, process maps, testing documents, project plans, and training materials.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications across workstreams.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops; prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
