Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Project Manager to coordinate business systems implementations across Lines of Business, develop charters, scopes, milestones, and timelines, and lead resource scheduling. You will initiate projects, schedule tasks, and conduct progress meetings with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include documenting issues, preparing reports, ensuring audit/compliance, and fostering cross-team collaboration using established PM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum two years in an analytical role with supervisory functions.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management disciplines and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of business systems for Lines of Business programs.
• Develop charters, scopes, resources, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and timelines.
• Initiate projects and schedule resources for tasks and meetings.
• Conduct meetings and provide project progress updates.
• Prepare reports and present to stakeholders.
• Document, track, and escalate project issues; ensure audit compliance.
