Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional services experience in SaaS configurations and implementations.
• Experience configuring and implementing complex, highly customizable platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
• Experience managing offshore development teams and ensuring quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and extend the TPRM platform per client designs.
• Design and implement workflows, automations, and conditional logic for complex processes.
• Define data models, objects, relationships, and validation rules.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations for implementations.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients during implementation.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, PMs, and client stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, testing, and go-lives.
• Oversee offshore resources, timelines, and quality.
